Andy Garrard, MHA joined MMA as a Senior Associate in 2018. He has significant experience in the specialty of ophthalmology, integrating with optometry, pathology, neurology, dermatology, plastic surgery, ENT, pediatrics, and primary care.

Dr. Polglase is the CEO and founder of PMG Revenue Management, a revenue cycle and clinical documentation improvement consulting firm located in Augusta, Georgia. He is a board-certified Emergency Physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in emergency and hospital medicine as well as an attorney. His revenue cycle experience includes hospital-based physician coding and billing, denial management for hospital and physician claims, audit defense, and compliance program development and review. In the area of clinical documentation improvement (CDI) he is certified by the American Health Information Management Association as an inpatient coder and clinical documentation improvement practitioner. His CDI experience includes CDI program development, case reviews, physician instruction, data capture and quality reporting as well as EMR template design. Rob Woods is a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy owner and consultant. He has special expertise in clinical infusion pharmacy, pharmacy information systems/ automation, and Section 340B contracted pharmacy arrangements. He is nationally known for pharmacist professional services, including all aspects of pharmacy operations and services, start-up, policies and procedures, compliance with Board of Pharmacy and DEA rules and regulations, accreditation standards, and regular oversight through site visits. He provides professional pharmacy and business services to community pharmacies, physician practices, infusion centers and pharmacies, emergency service providers, FQHC’s, and 340B contract pharmacies. Christina holds a B.A in Communications and Political Science from Augusta State University. She enjoys traveling, volunteering at her local church and spending time with her family.
Haley M. Hancock
Haley was born and raised in Leesburg, Georgia. She attended the University of South Alabama and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She is a law student at Emory University School of Law and will graduate in May 2020. When she is not in school, Haley enjoys sports, especially swimming, traveling, and hiking.
Adam HarperAdam Harper
Adam attends Georgia State University College of Law and will graduate in the Spring of 2019. Born and raised in Lagrange, Georgia, Adam graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University in 2015 receiving a Bachelors in Political Science concentrated in Legal Studies and a minor in Business Law. Adam met his wife, Jenifer, at Kennesaw State before marrying her in 2016 at Lake Oconee. They now reside in Woodstock, Georgia. He enjoys spending time with Jenifer and his family, playing golf, being at the lake and working in the yard.
